SAFESTEPPS IS NOT:
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SAFESTEPPS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:
❌ Personal injury, death, or bodily harm resulting from use or inability to use the App ❌ Property damage or loss ❌ Delayed or failed emergency alerts (SMS not delivered, contacts not responding) ❌ Inaccurate location data (GPS errors, location tracking failures) ❌ Recording failures (video/audio not captured, files corrupted) ❌ Data loss (loss of recordings, contacts, settings) ❌ Third-party actions (conduct of emergency contacts, service provider failures) ❌ Financial losses incurred due to emergencies or service failures ❌ Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages

You may not assign or transfer this EULA. We may assign our rights to successors or affiliates.
We may amend this EULA by posting a new version in the App. Material changes will be notified via email or in-app notification.
Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
This EULA is written in English. Translations are for convenience only; the English version controls in case of conflicts.
